Punctuality 

Please arrive to practices a few minutes early so that practices can start on time.  Parents/Guardians of children ages 10 and under are required to remain with the child during all Programs and Events.  If another parent has agreed to watch your child or provide transportation, please fill out the CRT Drop-off and Pick-up Form, scan it, and email it to ChildSafety@ClaremontRunning.org. 

Practice Days

Practices are held M, T, W, and Th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.  Practices may be cancelled due to inclement weather.  For notice of any cancellation, please check the website Home Page one hour in advance.  No practices are held on holidays or race days.

Reminders:  Please bring your own water bottles, shoes, sweats, and other running gear.  Sunscreen is recommended for sunny days.  CRT does not allow team members to use bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or roller blades, animals, and personal music players during or at team activities.   Always report injuries and do not run sick or injured.

We recommend that parents bring a sports/folding chair.
