At Claremont Running Team ("CRT"), your privacy is critically important to us.   We have a few fundamental principles:

  • We don’t ask you for, and we don't want to have, any personal information about Parents/Guardians, Volunteers or Participants/Runners unless we truly need it.
  • We don’t share personal information with anyone, except to comply with the law, protect our rights, or support ongoing operations.
  • We retain as little personal information as possible, as needed for the on-going operations of CRT.
  • We use Wild Apricot's software for Membership and Event Management.  Wild Apricot is a top rated service for non-profits.  To see Wild Apricots Privacy Policy, click HERE.
  • CRT does not have any servers of its own and no information resides on any CRT server.
  • Our website makes available the ID, first name, Avatar, and city of YOUTH RUNNERS, STUDENT VOLUNTEERS and PARENT VOLUNTEERS to other Enrollees.  This is not available to the public.  This information is provided to Enrollees to facilitate the sending of messages between parents and is not to be used by minor children or for non-CRT communications.   Pictures posted on the CRT website of RUNNERS/minors, if any, will be identified only by first names.
  • Inactive members may be deleted within One (1) year of inactivity.  Members may be deleted at any time per parent/guardian request.

If you have questions about hiding or correcting your personal data, or if you do not believe we are following our Privacy Policy, please contact David Brownlee, President, HERE.

This means that the processing adheres to the policies and procedures set up by the major credit card companies to keep credit, debit and cash card transactions secure, and protect cardholders against misuse of their personal information.
