Joining the team as an Annual Youth Team Member is a prerequisite for Quarterly Practice registration.  Team Memberships are for up to a full year ($48) and are good from first date of membership through August 31, 2020.  Annual Membership and Registrations are charged separately.

Parents/Guardians for Youth Runners 4th grade and under, must remain at the practice site during the practice/event.

Please arrive on time.   If you plan to sit, please bring a chair, depending on practice location.  After Practices and Events, Parents/Guardians must claim their children on time.  Penalties for delayed pick-up may apply.

Runners should bring a water bottle, wear appropriate footwear (never barefoot), and wear their red team t-shirt, and other clothing appropriate for the weather.  When stretching, Yoga mats or similar are recommended for runners who might have grass allergies.
